Tribute Garden

At Discovery Ball Cleveland 2025, we will feature a Tribute Garden where guests can honor a cancer survivor, someone who is currently fighting cancer, or a lost loved one.

We invite you to add to our Tribute Garden by submitting the following by September 1, 2025:

• Photo of your loved one (preferably portrait)
• Name of your loved one
• Two sentences describing your loved one or their cancer journey
• Cancer type (optional)
• Important dates (optional)
  • Date and/or age of diagnosis
  • Date of remission
  • Date of birth – Date of death
